Iam very curious which names they choose for the storklets..

As an Estonian, I must say that I am a little sceptical of the available choices...
We will see what shall be decided, but as my personal opinion, a name isn't something that is just written on the birdmap or forums. Imagine that if one day this stork should return here- who knows, maybe we will be able to follow this stork's nest. And then we say :" Ah, look Xylon has returned!"
This doesn't sound very estonian

Xylon was one of the suggestions for the names. It's the one I remembered first..

Hi Madli,
y it was not easy to find a nice name to choose from.
Unfortunately, some of the suggestions were also not included in the poll.
I would have preferred an estonian name that expresses the nature of BS and especially these young storks, I tried to make the best of it and chose according to my gut feeling

Good morning.

The night was calm for the chicks.

And they got an early breakfast

05.30 Karl. Feeding (1)


The fish is stuck again.


There's some bigger fish

Bonus got a big fish all to himself, and tries to eat it separately from the others, but the fish escapes and falls down to the ground


The fish is falling


Karl gives out more fish. One falls the other side.

W gets the fish.

After a short resting break the chicks start twittering again.

W got the second big fish.

It won't take long until they see someone again and get ready for begging.
