CHICKS
- 1st chick: 74 days old,
- 2nd chick: 73 days old,
- 3rd chick: 71 days old
Egg 4: Laid 07 April - unhatched

Stork chicks grow exponentially. 90 days in the nest is like 18-21 years for humans. This means that 1 day in the nest is like almost 3 months for a human child. That is why their transformation is so amazing and fast.

Maiden flight (general data):
- Chicks become capable of flight at the age of 68–72 days.
- Fledging depends on several environmental factors.
- Chicks that stay longer in the nest after fledging have higher survival rates.

Maiden flight data for this nest (Zica & Natalio):
- 2025: 69 days old (accidental flight)
- 2024: 69 days old (forced by attack)

07:14 – 07:57 | Morning Flight & Landing Practice Block (Chick #3):
07:14:34 – Chick #3 departs from the nest for its first flight of the morning.
07:18 / 07:21 / 07:23 – A series of three short take-offs and immediate returns (each lasting under two minutes), followed by wing-stretching on the nest.
07:32 – While #3 is airborne, the other two chicks perform intense wing exercises on the nest.
07:51:16 – Chick #3 lands on the lateral rock ramp, correcting a heavy approach. At 07:53, it departs again, circling the nest area and flying past the siblings.
07:57:54 – Chick #3 returns to the nest, concluding the first flight block.
08:14 / 08:24 – 08:27 | Chick #3 executes two subsequent short flights.
09:11 – 09:12:37 | The final short morning flight by Chick #3.
