Kaia visits fish basket 2 regularly, but not such regularly is possible to fill it. Other sides, she needs to keep skills to find food also in other, natural places. We can't make the storks domesticated or addictive of artificial food. That would simplify their behaviour and they may no longer be able to cope in natural conditions...
Karl II was trapped two years ago in the same place where fish basket 2 is situated. So he may have some bad memory about that place. Karl II uses other diverse places further away, where different fish species are available (including problematic perches). It could be temporary so and Karl II simply uses those possibilities now. Like he used possibility to catch weatherfish (Misgurnus fossilis) in time window it was easy prey.

11.57 A bird calls nearby. It's something new for our storklets and they act alarmed.

It was an alarm call of a mistle thrush ( Turdus viscivorus) https://xeno-canto.org/691939

13.12 K2 starts doing some WE in the backround. K3 starts twittering. Everyone joins.

Kaia arrives for feeding! (2)

As usual, the chicks block all the view and nothing is seen or understandable what and how much is brought
First guess is that Kaia brought fish from the basket- but as Urmas mentioned earlier, they also don't want to fill the basket as often as Kaia would want it, otherwise she would become too reliant on the artificial feeder.

Q :
"Liz01: Juta, Jo, you can find out how expensive it is to fill the fish basket?
A: (URMAS answered to Jo)
"Until now, we did not pay for fish. We (Ain and I) caught fish from our own ponds. But there is not suitable fish anymore in those ponds. So we look for other possibilites. The question is not money but in free time to manage to get fish."
