- it looked as if Skierka was trying to take the transmitter off—she was repeatedly grabbing it with her bill

- 10:30 resting and again the transmitter issue (she is "dancing" around - something bothering she)

Skierka robi porządki wiosenne w gnieździe / Skierka is spring cleaning her nest



Skierka is busy with some spring cleaning in the nest today. Over the last few days, she has stayed within a 10 km radius, mostly foraging at the local fish ponds. We hope that Królewicz is already close by, so we can soon witness nature's incredible spectacle once again—the black stork courtship.

Skierka robi dziś porządki wiosenne w gnieździe. Ostatnie dni spędziła w odległości do 10 km i głównie żerowała na stawach hodowlanych. Mamy nadzieję, ze Królewicz jest już blisko i niebawem będziemy mogli ponownie podziwiać niezwykły spektakl przyrody czyli gody bocianów czarnych.

It seems to be chilly; she is all huddled up with her bill tucked into the feathers on her neck ('"under her chin").
