Krum surprised me again. He was searching for food and resting in the fields between the Srebra stream and Azmak, as usual. By the morning, he had flown as far as beyond the railway tracks, almost up to the A1/Trakia highway (location at 9:20). The first surprise for me came when I saw on the map that at 14:20, when he had already reached his resting place for the night, Krum flew back towards the railway tracks (location at 15:00). The next update came at 18:00, when Krum was already past the highway, not far from the village of Opalchenets. Krum flew to his new night roost, to a tree in the hedgerow. This area was only visited once before (he is wintering in Bulgaria for the third time).

Krum ma opäť prekvapil. Potravu si hľadal a oddychoval na poliach medzi riečkou Srebra a Azmaka ako obvykle. Už dopoludnia sa preletel až za železničnú trať takmer až k diaľnici A1/Trakija (loklaizácia o 9:20). Prvé prekvapenie pre mňa nastalo, keď som na mape uvidela, že Krum o 14:20, keď už bol na nocovisku, odletel zase k železničnej trati (lokalizácia o 15:00). Ďaľší údaj je potom až o 18h a to bol Krum už za diaľnicou, neďaleko dedinky Opalchenets. Tam nocoval na strome v medzi. V tejto oblasti bol len raz (v Bulharsku zimuje tretí krát).
