- our stork flew from night roost not far from Chalakovi to the Azmaka river (5.10-6.20) and later to his favourite canal (6.30-7.50). From there our Krum circled to next irrigation canal and is foraging (maybe) on the rice field (arrival at 8.40)
- náš bocian odletel z nocoviska neďaleko Chalakovi k riečke Azmaka (5:10-6:20) a neskôr k svojmu obľúbenému kanálu (6:30-7:50). Odtiaľ si zakrúžil k ďalšiemu zavlažovaciemu kanálu a lovi (možno) na ryžových poliach (prílet 8:40)

At 10h Krum returned again to Azmaka and stayed there for more than an hour (10.11-11.30). At noon he was already at the irrigation canal (NW) and at 14.40 he slowly moved from there to his night roost. Krum arrived to the forest by the Maritsa River at 15.40.

Bulgaria: Belozem - a village in Rakovski Municipality of Plovdiv Province




- Krum flew from Chalakovi to his favourite place along the Azmaka Stream in the morning and stayed there for an hour (5.10-6.20). Then he flew north to his favourite irrigation canal and stayed there for more than an hour (6.30-7.50). Then Krum moved for more than an hour to the irrigation canal nearby to the east (8.40-10h). But he returned again to Azmaka and stayed there for more than an hour (10.11-11.30).
At noon he was already at the irrigation canal (NW) and was there for almost 3 hours (12-14.40). Our stork at 14.40 slowly moved from there to his night roost. Krum arrived to the forest by the Maritsa River at 15.40 and spent the night there.

- Krum priletel ráno od Chalakovi na svoje obľúbené miesto k riečke Azmaka a bol tam hodinu (5:10-6:20). Potom odletel na sever k svojmu obľúbenému kanálu a tam pobudol viac ako hodinu (6:30-7:50). Potom sa presunul opäť na viac ako hodinu k zavlažovaciemu kanálu v blízkosti smerom na východ (8:40-10h). Ale vrátil sa odtiaľ zase k Azmake a bol tam viac ako hodinu (10:11-11:30).
Na poludnie už bol však pri zavlažovacom kanáli (SZ) a bol tam takmer 3 hodiny (12-14:40). Náš bocian sa o 14.40 odtiaľ pomaly presúval na nocovisko. Priletel do lesíka pri rieke Marica o 15:40 a strávil tam noc.

- Krum first flew to the Azmaka stream in the morning (but to a new location). He was there for an hour (5.08-6.11).Our stork flew to the nearest irrigation canal and immediately turned back to Azmaka, to his usual place. But he didn't stay long (7.00-7.20) and flew to the field (towards NE). There Krum has localizations for about an hour (7.30-8.40). There is probably a dead spot in terms of GSM coverage (or some other "fault") because the next data is at yesterday's channel to NW only at 9.50.

- Krum ráno priletel najprv k riečke Azmaka (ale na nové miesto). Bol tam hodinku (5:08-6:11). Odletel k najbližšiemu zavlažovaciemu kanálu a hneď sa otočil späť k Azmake, na zvyčajné miesto, no nezdržal sa dlho (7:00-7:20) a odletel na pole (smerom na SV). Tam má lokalizácie cca hodinu (7:30-8:40). Asi je tam z hľadiska GSM pokrytia hluché miesto (alebo iná "porucha"), pretože nasledujúci údaj je pri včerajšom kanáli na SZ až o 9:50.

WET MEADOWS RESTORED BY GREEN BALKANS NGO
These farmlands largely resemble natural habitats. Like rice fields, wet meadows are flooded over a period of the year. This provides a significant nutritional resource that is crucial for biodiversity. In the vicinity of Belozem village, wet meadows are common, and the high groundwater level causes salination and the soil becomes white or lighter in color. This characteristic also determines the name of the village – Belozem (meaning “white ground”).

MOKRÉ LÚKY OBNOVENÉ MVO ZELENÝ BALKÁN
Tieto poľnohospodárske pôdy sa do značnej miery podobajú prirodzeným biotopom. Podobne ako ryžové polia, aj vlhké lúky sú počas roka zaplavované. Poskytujú tak významný zdroj výživy, ktorý má zásadný význam pre biodiverzitu. V okolí obce Belozem sú mokré lúky bežné a vysoká hladina podzemnej vody spôsobuje zasolenie a pôda získava bielu alebo svetlejšiu farbu. Táto vlastnosť určuje aj názov obce - Belozem (čo znamená "biela zem").
