Bulgaria: Seltsi/Селци - a village in Sadovo Municipality of Plovdiv Province
(Krum's place of night rest administratively falls under the municipality of Seltsi / Krumovo miesto nočného odpočinku administratívne spadá pod obec Seltsi)
- Krum spent the morning at the Azmaka River and in the (rice) fields with irrigation canals at his preferred location (between the Azmaka River and Serebra ma south of Belozem).
Before noon, however, he was back at the irrigation canal near Chalakovi. He spent the night in that area near the Maritsa River.
- Krum dopoludnia strávil pri riečke Azmaka a na (ryžových) poliach so zavlažovacími kanálmi na svojom favorizovanom mieste (medzi riečkou Azmaka a Serebra ma juh od Belozemu).
Už pred obedom bol však späť pri zavlažovacom kanáli neďaleko Chalakovi. Nocoval v tej oblasti pri rieke Maritsa.

- soon the environment there will be green again (Krum was moving around the "yellow field" - at the far end of this field is Azmaka, closer to us is the irrigation canal where he was looking for food yesterday; the ribbon of the river Maritsa stretches behind the village)
- onedlho bude prostredie tam opäť takéto zelené (Krum sa pohyboval pre "žltom poli" - na vzdialenejšom konci tohto poľa je Azmaka, bližšie k nám je zavlažovací kanál pri ktorom včera hľadal potravu; za dedinou sa tiahne stuha rieky Maritsa)
