late last night we had an update of the birdmap

TIMMU: Distance: 6504 km, Last data: 11.10.2021 (in his wintering area)
KARL: Distance: 2983 km, Last data: 11.10.2021 (already crossed the border RO - BG)
PIKNE: Distance: 2959 km, Last data: 11.10.2021 (still in the same stopover area - RO)
UDU: Distance: 3335 km, Last data: 11.10.2021 (after attempt to cross Carpathian flew not far to the south - RS = Serbia)

(NURME and EEDI: last data from 06.10)

Birdmap update for 11.10.21

Previous data: 10.10.21. Distance 3291 km(+151km) Udu is by the Velika Morava river near Donje Vidovo in Paracin municipality, Serbia.
New data: 11.10.21. Distance 3335km(+44km). Juzna Morava river near Maletina, a village in the municipality of Ražanj, Serbia.

The weather is not suitable for long distances right now, and certainly not for flying over the Carpates. As we can see from today's route, that Udu maybe concidered flying over the mountains, but changed its mind and flew to southern direction instead. We will see if Udu chooses the right way to the East, or continue to the South
