My instant thoughts:
1. This female looks still very young- lots of light brownish feathers, not fully moulted into adult plumage? Also still a dark bill.
2. Karl is happy to see a female, but he knows this is not Kaia and doesn't show such a big interest..

They show almost no interaction between them. Karl lays down and is silent.

Female's feathers don't look the best...
