(35 kilometres west of the Dead Sea above the Arava valley)

Waba continued on they way to the south. Morning feeding in the same fishpool in Tirat Zvi and than flew above the West Bank with one loop near the southern edge of the Dead Sea continued to the night resting place (Judaean mountains) near the Small Crater (to the south from Dimona).

Waba's newest localisation is in/near one interesting area - HaMakhtesh Hakatan Nature Reserve - the Small Crater (HaMakhtesh HaKatan in Hebrew). It is a geological erosional crater in the Negev Desert.
One of five erosion Makhtesh in Israel, and seven in the world, it is the third-largest in Israel at 5 km by 7 km. It was charted in 1942 by Jewish explorers. In June 2019, the state announced the transformation of the crater into a nature reserve. In fact, the crater is part of the nature reserves of the Negev and Judean Desert craters and is considered a natural value of global importance due to its geological uniqueness and spectacular beauty. https://private-tours-in-israel.com/the-small-crater/ - there are photos

- EGYPT (Sinay): El Tor - city and the capital of the South Sinai Governorate

Waba continued on they way to the south. His newest localisation is to the north fro El Tor. There usually storks flew over the Gulf of Suez.

Waba changed its mind and continued along the coast. Our Waba flies to the other side of the Gulf of Suez at the widest point (like father Karl II this season). The newest localisation is near the Shadwan/Shedwan Island (further) - see photos and video here viewtopic.php?p=10617#p10617.
