Hello everyone :-)

Thanks for your kind support!
I can't spend much time online as weather is suitable for field works, maybe later if rainy.
I was not right with smallest chick in field. According to the weight dead chick was smallest, but quite similar to the next:
dead one 312g and other three 336g, 432g, 500g.

For those three we together with Madis installed special room in vet clinic of University of Life Sciences in Tartu (nest in box, warming IR lamp, artificial adult stork standing on the edge, curtain hiding human if feeding chicks, etc.). But after urgent previously planned works we start to prepare nest for next stage in chicks life, that would be in natural surrounding where they could imprint the environment to look in future. It would best in their home nest, but there is logistically and practically difficult to operate (needs often feeding).
Most problematic is to avoid getting used to people and artificial things, like nets, strings, wires, buildings, machines, etc. That makes successful rearing in artificial conditions difficult. As everywhere for example electric wires, which is probably cause of sudden disappearing of Jan (though, no facts we have).
For me personally this time is the most busy, every additional work makes difficult to cope with things "have to been done"... so please be patient and if needed, remind me if something really needed.

Many thanks to Dr. Madis and Urmas for their commitment and care :) . My observation confirmed that it was number 4 that died - at least I know my observations are beneficial 8-) .
I keep my fingers crossed that the chicks will get stronger and I believe that they will do everything so that they can live a full life.

I've already donated, but I'll donate more as I can!

I'm not talking for a long time here,I want to thank Urmast for the morning information and what Urmas and his team do for the stork babies!
It catches a tear in eyes, now they are in good hands!
And I'll be happy to help!
