The chicks are awake and active. They are chirping.
04.15 Karl attempts to regurgitater, but there's nothing left..
Karl preens the chicks and covers them.
06.22 Chicks are eagerly waiting for breakfast, Karl's crop is emty.

And what big storklets they are! The youngest one is 4 days old today.
08.28 Small break- Kaia makes a PS and cares for the chicks.
08.35 The chicks start begging and chirping again. No feeding this time.
09.04 Kaia stands. The chiks greet her and go back to sleep. Kaia preens herself.
09.11 Kaia pokes the kids, now they become active and move to the feeding positions. No feeding, chicks settle down again.
09.18 The chicks are now on the other side of the nest, chirping.
09.18 FEEDING (3) Kaia regurgitates a very small piece of food. #1 and #2 eat it. #3 is sleeping between them.

09.40 FEEDING (4) Big fish and a few smaller fish. #1 and #2 eat the smaller fish. They are able to tear some pieces from the softened big fish. All eat. #3 not much, but a few morsels.

13.55 The chicks are getting more restless under Karl. He has to stand up. Karl preens the chicks and himself. No feeding yet.
14.29 FEEDING (7) Karl regurgitates some leftover fish. Not much left, but enough yet for the chicks. All eat.
The chicks are chirping after the feeding, but this is a happy chirp Karl takes some time to preen himself and aerate the nest.
#3 is chirping very often. It is a very vocal chick

Kaia cleans the home a little. The chicks are active again and already climbing to the nest wall. When they understand that mommy has no intention of feeding yet, they settle down to sleep.
15.18 The chicks are ready to eat..and Kaia is ready to feed them. Kaia regurgitates 1 tiny fish..the bigger ones play tug-o-war with it. #1 eats it. This isn't exactly a feeding..the chicks continue chirping.
Kaia continues to preen the chicks who have calmed down now.
