The transmission was resumed at 5.00.45. Karl was on the nest.


5.15 - Karl flew away - 5.17 - Karl is back and singing (short)
5.44 - Karl flew away - 5.47- Karl is back with dry grass.
6.02 - Karl flew away - 6.05 - Karl is back with twig
6.07 - Karl flew away - 6.09 - Karl is back with twig
6.15 - Karl flew away - 6.17 - Karl is back with moss

Karl stayed on the nest, fixing the nest and waiting for the arrival of Kaia.
Kaia arrived at 9.12:

11.27 - Karl lay down, Kaia approached him and Karl immediately got up

18.57 Karl starts the dance, Kaia goes on the curved branch.
19.01 Karl starts the dance again, after many circles nothing follows.
19.02 Karl approaches Kaia again, she steps on thecurved branch.
19.05 Karl is ready for the next attempt to mate, Kaia steps down, makes 2 circles and back tothe branch.
19.06 Next circles...

19.14 Kaia now stands in the middle of the nest

19.22 And next..this time Kaia escapes back to the curved branch.
19.40 Kaia steps down and they make some dancing circles..
Both start preening themselves.
19.43 Karl attemts again..
