9.11 #3 is in the perfect position for some private feeding! Karl regurgitates the big fish, but it's not soft- #3 can't get anything! It tries to bite and tear pieces, but he is not strong enough for that.

09.18 Kaia arrives. Her belly is wet and dirty. She might be looking for food from deeper rivers? Karl doesn't hurry to stand and leave..he waits a few moments.

OMG is there something still wrong with Kaia's eye? That doesn't look natural...

11.15 FEEDING (4) Kaia serves a pile of fish. #1 definitely eats. #3 is in the right place, but the fish is too big it can't swallow it. Then #2 and #3 find smaller fish, but they can't eat them because Kaia starts to eat back the fish very quickly, she even pulled the small fish out from #2's mouth. What an unfortune for the little #3..

12.11 Karl comes home to change Kaia. Kaia leaves immediately.
Kaia's nest duty was 2 h 53 min.
Chicks beg at first, then fall asleep.
12.30 Karl stands, makes a PS ( normal), then he takes care of the nest. After that he gets ready to offer food to the chicks.
12.32 FEEDING(6) Karl regurgitates a big soft fish. #1 and #2 eat. #3 is far behind the older ones.
#3 is only sleeping and isn't even activly trying to get to the food. I think it's getting too weak already to fight..

Karl starts to eat back to food..#3 finds a smaller piece ( still a big piece for the chick) and swallows it! The bigger ones didn't eat this time..

15.00 FEEDING (8) #3 gets several big mouthfuls! Others also eat something, but they are not very hungry still..

15.20 Everyone is ready for the next feeding #3 is stuck under the big ones who are already at the table.
15.20 FEEDING (9) #2 eats, not sure about #1. #3 quickly gets to the table and eats a smaller piece(s) of food. There is one long fish left- everyone is playing tug-o-war with it and #3 falls over
but gets back at the table, but Karl already takes back the fish.
