A little observation from me: Today was the first day that neither Jan nor Janika brought any material to the nest.


After his arrival, Jan was tense and as if waiting for an attacker. Later, the tension eased and at 21.40 Janika was replaced in the incubation .:

Hello everybody

The night was quiet, nothing special happened.

Janika was the first to leave at 5.35 and she also returned at 6.32 with dry moss:

At 7.24, both were alerted and took up a defensive position. It was not visible on the camera who was threatening them, but they said very loudly that the nest was theirs. After a while, they calmed down (the danger was over) and Janika left at 7.29.:
