The noon calm on the nest was disturbed by a raven, which disturbed Jan during the nesting:

They stayed together at the nest, where they showed affection for each other:

Jan returned at 18.30 and Janika went to dinner

At 21.04 something - someone disturbed the evening calm of Jan and Janika and they both intimidated him


At 21.18 they calmed down a bit and Jan returned to warm the eggs

Hello everybody

Jan and Janika increase their nest:

After almost three hours of thorough cleaning and lubrication of the feathers, Janika felt hungry and at 12.48 she went to lunch.


Meanwhile, as Janika was at lunch, there was a light rain, but thanks to the waterproof feathers that the storks have, the eggs are warm and dry.

It was raining today, so it is possible that there will be enough food, Janika a successful hunt!

After returning from dinner, Janika rubbed her feathers. When she was done, she took turns with Jan in an egg incubation and Jan could do evening hygiene.

Hallo everybody

We have the sixth egg!
This morning, Janika surprised everyone by laying a sixth egg. At 3.39 he showed them to us for the first time
