Or was that Kaia's escape with Karl still on her back?

11.31 Karl returns to the nest. Kaia doesn't. She flew away.

Karl is in the nest alone, resting.

12.20 He looks to the left and starts calling.( shortly)

12.27 The weather is getting windy. The pines in the backround are swaying.

12.30 Karl starts calling again.

12.46 Looking to the left and calling.

12.59 Short call, Karl flies out.
13.00 Karl back. Again looking to the left.

It might be possible that neighbour Eedi is still in presence, but Karl isn't looking for any visitors. ;)

13.06 Karl out.

I'm sorry but I can't take photos today ( i'm not at home)

20.15. Very unusual behavior by Kaia...I don't understand what is she doing..

20.17/18 again. Is she angry? Nervous? I can see that she does not feel relaxed...maybe the egg is about to come??

20.22/23 Again very strange behavior by Kaia. Karl attempts to approach her, she says NO!

20.30 Kaia blocks Karl's approaching attempts with a very resolute answer again. She is like attacking..

I made a YouTube clip about the situation at 20.15
https://youtube.com/clip/Ugkx8tu7Gb8HKL ... N9v4z3wG_H

Another clip at 20.18
https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxXP22Hlo5WH ... P-wGzV6Z7o

Situation at 20.30

EDIT: The clips don't work anymore ! :(

Poor Karl II :( what a moody lady you have!

But at least she decides to stay in the nest for the night.

It also very strange to me..to agressively reject the partner...

It should be investigated by experts.

their brains are very sensitive to chemicals in food too
in Hungary they have associated "strange" behaviour of females with this possible causality (in Africa, for example, DDT is still used)
we will see if and what experts will say
