Can we call it "branching" in this nest? Since there aren't other good branches available..

K2 (718V) has been very active lately, showing good strenght and excellent skills.

Even now, it "flew" from the other side of the nest and landed on the branch 8-)

I was thinking about what to call it  - "branching"it's a good name
I already wrote a week ago that I think K2 will be the first to fly 8-)

btw. every tree has more or less branches for branching

Adriána,
branching is typical for eagles (A pre-fledge milestone is an activity called branching when the eaglet takes short hops/flights to branches within the nest tree. The young eagles normally branch for up to 7-10 days before fledge, exercising theirs wings and legs, taking short flights to branches in the nest tree.)

Thanks to Marika for the explanation, video and article.
I just don't understand the storks, why they built their nest in such a place - a branching of a tree passes through the middle of the nest. The chicks have few places to train.
