05.00 Kaia comes home. Bonus defends.






It's always like that when the parent reaches the nest, Bonus follows the siblings who are already begging on the ground. Bonus also kneels down, but usually doesn't pump the wings yet. It is touching the parent's bill and is activly taking part of the feedings.

05.01 Feeding (1) by Kaia. Kaia brings fish, looks like all eat.






05.02 Kaia leaves. Bonus doesn't react to the departure this time.

Just a cute picture- the storklets are sitting like little penguins


05.10 The storklets reacted to something. First was one of KK's chicks. Then Bonus followed. The chicks looked at something.

05.50 Sleeping again


And some active preening and stretching time.

07.15 Karl arrives. Bonus is defending. Karl feeds the chicks (2).






07.16 Karl leaves. Bonus snaps its bill.

07.41 Kaia arrives. Bonus doesn't react agressivly. She feeds fish for the chicks. (3)




Kaia leaves after the feeding.

Bonus is chirping and nodding its head. Could he be thirsty? The others are silently twittering along..


07.54 Silent time.

[Madli]

07.56 Bonus sees Kaia coming. He is defending.
Kaia brought a twig and some water.








07.58 Kaia leaves.

[Madli]

08.03 Kaia is back with moss. Bonus doesn't react so strongly on Kaia's arrival this time.




Bonus is chirping while Kaia is standing there.


08.12 Kaia flies away.

08.16 Bonus makes a PS
