Looks like Kaia is planning to stay in the nest with the chicks. She doesn't leave for food, and she doesn't leave the chicks alone yet.
Kaia arranges the new material and preens the chicks.

Both parents stand silently in the nest, neither of them wants to leave. Maybe Karl is waiting to take over the nest duty and expects Kaia to leave, but Kaia isn't planning to go...

#3 is twittering and trying to grab Karl's bill.

The chicks are active for some time after the feeding, doing excercises and preening. Then they go to sleep.
And now we know that Kaia has 0 food for herself and the chicks
