12.55 FEEDING (4) Kaia regurgitates frogs. All eat, but not much. #3 tries to get some food from older siblings' bills

Kaia arranges some nest material after the feeding. The chicks keep twittering. #3 is sitting very cautiously and silent.
12.57 #3 lift its head, Kaia touches it. Older sibling comes to the rescue and bites Kaias bill and pushes it away.
The chicks settle to sleep and Kaia also rests besides them.

13.20 KARL arrives. Kaia greets him, she stands in the nest for a moment before leaving.

13.23 FEEDING (5) Lots of weatherfish from Karl. Older ones swallow many of them. #3 is very passive during this feeding. It seems to be still a little scared..it tries to get some fish, but couldn't manage to swallow any large fish.

After a short break, KAIA returns at 13.49.
Karl's nest duty was 29 min.
13.50 #3 lifts its head. Kaia is observing the chick and #3 acts very carefully. I can see that it is still afraid. The other chicks are also silent.
Overall there is this noticeable tense and nervous atmosphere in the nest today.

Around 15.00 it starts to rain again.

She crouches and pumping her wings, but is silent.

Karl is looking for a good place for feeding.
16.40 FEEDING (6) A lot of eel-like fish. They look too dark to be weatherfish ( no stripes). All eat a lot!
All are full now. Including #3, who swallowed at least 3 long fish.
