Karl works with the nest this morning- strenghtening the rim and aeratingm spreading moss around.

And self preening time for the chick: the neck is already long and flexible.

07.04 KAIA arrives. Long greeting with Karl, the chicks don't make a sound..Karl leaves immediately.
Karl's nest duty was 11 h 11 min.


#3 is standing up..


The chicks strart to twitter and beg for food.

07.05 FEEDING (1) It's getting already hard for the parent to regurgitate, because the chicks are constantly grabing the bill and trying to get food straight from the open mouth..Kaia lets out a few small fish. One older one grabs it. Then follows a bigger pile of small fish. All eat.
