Madi "visited" again the park area (night resting maybe) and is searching for food on the fields - canals, ditches



Urmas (13.09) " ... Transmitter on Madi's leg is not that good as the backpacks with other storks. Many GPS coordinates are missing, because of very small GPS receiver in that device. Also the solar panels are not effective on legs for the bird foraging under canopies of trees and in dense vegetation. ..."

(btw. prof.PZ - PL is using only these leg-transmitters for the black storks )

Madi is again back in the previous area (night in Park forest and day/searching for food mostly on the fields with canals) after long trip to SE (not very far from the border with Ukraine)

(same area - west from the village on/above the fields with canals)

Madi remains in the same area, but made a new discovery trip to the east of the area. Madi continues to feed in the canals.



Madi's newest location is near village Cviardoŭka. Nearby flows the Oginski Canal, which connects the Yaselda and Shchara River. The canal's leghth is 54 km. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oginski_Canal
