BLACK STORK ZŁOCZEW - continuation
He flew into Africa on October 1, 2021, flying from Yemen to Djibouti through the Bab al-Mandab Strait, which at this point is about 28.6 km wide. Thus, our stork from the Złoczew Forest Inspectorate has mapped out a completely new variant of the autumn migration route to Africa for Polish black storks.

Hi Justyna. It's very nicely written. It was pleasant to read and it's interesting. Thank you.
Možná s Vaším názorem nesouhlasím, ale budu dělat všechno pro to, abychom ho mohli, na tomto Fóru, vyslovit. Pokud odpovídá pravidlům :-)

POLISH BLACK STORKS from the nest of ŁÓDŹ
FREZJA has already reached its wintering grounds, Ethiopia.
FLOREK gave the last signal on October 3, he was on the Nile near Luxor. The Sahara before him, and contact was cut off. We hope that he flew over the desert and he will answer when he reaches the Sub-Saharan region.

POLISH BLACK STORKS from the nest of WOLSZTYN
Good evening,
SKIERKA BOCZ07 (previously ŽÓLTY) - from BocianiMy Project
I just received good news from Mr. Anderwald:
Mr. D. Anderwald photographed Skierka in Greece, in the Kerkini National Park.
Skierka was accompanied by 18 storks. She has great feeding conditions.
Her two offspring did not report for a long time.
One of them was in Hungary last time, the second in Egypt, near the Suez Canal.

Slowly our storks are reaching winter areas.
FREZJA flew out of Poland on August 7 and flew south over the following countries : Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon (no sleepover), Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia . She flew into Africa on October 7 flying 28 km over Gulf of Suez near Hurghada, and arrived on October 15, after 70 days of travel.
FLOREK flew into Africa on October 2 On October 3, he also tracked down the Nile k. Luxor and hasn't sent new information about his location yet. He probably flew through the Sahara by now, but he had to fly into the area without cell phone coverage and we still have to wait for new information.
Less fortunate had the juvenile black stork with logger number 6151 from Forestry Poddębice, who chose the west migration route and through the Czech Republic, Germany, France, Spain, Morocco and West Sahara flew to Mauritania. There on October 5, 1370 m from the Atlantic coast, the logger stopped showing stork activity.
