Hi Madli,
sometimes also in this area we are without new data.
When she moved previous season to the north (spring migration) we hadn't new data for 5 days (from March 07 to March 12). She sent new data from Bayuda desert (!) - localisation on March 12, 2021: on the left bank of the river Nil, north-west from Atbara in River Nile State in northeastern Sudan.
As always we must only patiently wait on the next update and hope for the best (as well for our Estonian BS).

Receiving daily information has made us all happy, knowing that Mare is safe. Upcoming migration time is again more dangerous and tense.

28.02 - 89 167 km (!) , app: 79 m (24h), same area

usually localisations are: L1 at 8.40, L2 at 10h, L3 at 11.30, L4 at 13h and L5 at 14.30

it seems she is on the same place (we have new data after 4 days !) - is our Mare O.K. ? - this view worries me a lot

Dr. Strazds answered:

Disappearance now and then does not mean anything but lack of gps cover. Short distance one day neither. If tag will stop moving at all for longer period then it may mean something is wrong. So far I see no reason to worry
