09.46 Grafs arrives calling. He is excited, arranging nest material.




He rests in the nest.

11.40 Grafs gets excited again and starts calling.
He flies out.

11.41 Back again, calling.
11.42 He is in a hurry and flies out.

11.50 Grafs is back, calling.
11.51 Another black stork flies past.
11.51 Grafs pursuits the intruder.

14.32 Grafs is back. He arrived silently.
He is resting in the nest.
16.30 Grafs sees someone. He is looking around.
16.31 He starts calling and looks up.



16.33 Grafs flies out.

16.35 He is back, excited and singing.
16.37 Out again.

16.40 He arrives calling loudly.
16.41 Out.

16.43 Grafs is back, calling.
16.43 He leaves almost immediately.

09.28 Grafs arrives. Is he being attacked from above?


after landing he immediately bends down


and puffs the neck feathers!


He looks around at first, then calms down and rests in the nest.

Grafs hasn't been in the nest for a week now. I have been checking the camera every day, but no visits from Grafs or any other bs..
Will we see him again?

Hello everyone

this stork seems to me not familiar to this nest (something scared him?)

What a surprise!

The nest has been emty for a month.
But this visitor is not Grafs. The bill is very dark.

The stranger found an old feather, but dropped it out from the nest.

The weather has turned very windy. The trees are swaying back and forth.
