NEST

This site is located in the Bolewice Forest District in the Pszczewskie Lakes and Obra Valley Natura 2000 Area. It was rebuilt by members of the Eagle Protection Committee on March 14, 2023. Previously, for two years, only single birds appeared there. The camera was placed at the nest located on a single old sessile oak tree before the arrival of the storks in mid-March 2023. Skierka started breeding with Królewicz.

RESIDENTS

SKIERKA
a seven year old female (7 CY/hatched 2017) who comes from the Skierniewice Forest District in the Bolimów Forest (Puszcza Bolimowska). There she was ringed and even had a GPS transmitter on. (Previous years we follow her with the "name" BOCZ 07 ŻÓŁTY - Yellow, because she has yellow transmitter.) The female joined her first successful brood in the Wolsztyn Forest District, i.e. about 300 kilometers to the east from her place of origin.
