Arvo arrived to the Camargue marshlands and rice fields on 29.09 and to the Gageron area on 01.10

Arvo moved from the rice fields for night time to the main area there - on the shore the
Étang de Vaccarès (Lake) in the area of the Parc naturel régional de Camargue:
"This saline lake is a natural reserve. Although the Etang de Vaccarès is the Camargue's biggest brine lake (some eight miles long, covering around 16,000 acres), at no point is it more than two and a half yards deep.
