IT IS ZICA (silent arrival - of course, female!) EDITED: NATALIO !!!

dark bigger spot on her bill, legs are darker too and her "hairstyle" gives the head typical contours (but other features also distinguish them)

I'm really confused 17.25.07 it's clearly a stork with a loose feather on the right wing = Natalio; I guess I'm not able to correctly judge who I'm seeing today (I had a very short night and a difficult morning)

PS - good! (it is NATALIO - my first impression was right)
