sometimes our female curls up like this and other times she watches with her neck outstretched and moves the twigs on the nest rim

- 17.41 the intruder (?) is back; we can hear wings flapping, maybe stork (?) is landing nearby
- our female is showing the same behaviour as noted in the previous posts
- approx. at 18.14 it seems that the enemy is gone

- 18.27 care of the eggs and the nest (tiny PS)

- I am very sorry for this situation
- if the male doesn't return, this clutch is lost (btw. the first laid egg is today 33 days old)

In the first season (2020) Kaia left the nest with 2 eggs. Karl II incubated the eggs alone for 74 hours. And only then did he take a short 23-minute break. Finally, after 111 hours, at 23:36, he got up and stood on the edge of the nest. He stopped incubating after almost 5 days.

Every stork is unique, and this situation is unique too. .. it is heartbreakingly
