June 14 Hello! Today we are expecting first chick to hatch. Kergu spent the night in the nest. Loud and active egg talk is heard every time Kergu rolls the eggs. 04.55 KERLI arrives with a piece of fresh moss. She immediately takes over egg duty. Kergu flies out. 05.11 Kergu is back with more moss....

Eggs are not visible due to a moss pile in front of them.

19.58 KERGU arrives and takes over egg duty.
Kerli flies away.

21.05 Kergu takes care of eggs. Egg talk is audible.

17.14 Kergu is back with a small amount of grass. They exchange greetings with Kerli. Kergu stays and works on the nest. 17.18 Kerli stands up and Kergu takes over incubation duty. The weather in Estonia isn't good- it is rainy and not very warm.

Neither of the adults have any rings, so telling them apart can be tricky sometimes. I did notice that male has darker legs than female
